If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your products, you may return it to us for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
- If your item arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the item immediately after it has come to your attention that it arrived damaged. We will then send you a replacement and have the damaged item returned to us, or we will arrange for the item to be fixed as soon as possible.
- If your item did not arrive damaged and you just want to return it, please notify us within 4 weeks of receiving your order that you are planning to return it. We do offer a full refund however the delivery of the item back to us is entirely your responsibility and we will make the refund as soon as we have received the item.
- If you are in South Africa, we will arrange our courier to come and collect the item from you.
- In the case of an exchange, we will only send you a new product once we have received the old one back.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item that was returned to us. We will refund you the full amount of the item that was returned if we find the returned item in satisfactory condition. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks of us receiving your returned item and you will be refunded in the same way you paid (e.g. if you paid via PayGate, we will refund your payment through PayFast). In the case of bank deposits or EFT payments, we will contact you for your bank details so that we can refund the money into your account.
